However, it is not always possible to follow these rules. As a compromise, you can try the 20-20-20 rule to manage your screen time. Experts recommend a break of 20 seconds duration from your screen every 20 minutes.

This will help reduce eye strain and prevent headaches, which can be caused by staring at a screen for too long without blinking or looking away.
